If possible, please fill out your paperwork ahead of time. You can find the forms on our website, download and print them. Otherwise, you can plan on filling them out in our office, which takes about 15 minutes.
Getting Started
Your appointment begins in the examination room, where you’ll talk to your chiropractor and have an examination. Our thorough process is designed to get you an accurate diagnosis. We’ll likely take X-rays so that we can accurately evaluate your problem.
You won’t have to wait to begin care. You’ll get a report of findings on the first day, answer any questions and give you a chiropractic adjustment. You may receive a form of therapy first to relax your body and help you loosen up. Your first visit takes about 45 minutes to an hour.
Insurance Information
We’re in-network with many common plans such as Blue Cross, United Healthcare, Aetna and Cigna. We accept Medicare, personal injury, auto accident and workers’ compensation. Since coverage can vary by plan, we encourage you to give us a call so that we can check yours.
If you don’t have insurance, we can discuss flexible payment plans. If you want to bring your entire family in, we’ll create a customized family plan for you and your loved ones.
